The convenience of the shuttle vehicle for the hill transport was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with little ones and ski gear.One highlight was the seamless check-in process, with the staff offering valuable tips and advice for our stay. The presence of an elevator from the parking area made transitioning with ski equipment hassle-free. Our children were delighted by the simplicity of accessing the ski bases in Soldeu and El Tarter, either by a short drive or the ski bus conveniently located outside the hotel.
