Upon arrival, the friendly and multilingual staff immediately made us feel at home. The apartment itself was clean, warm, and functional, offering ample space for two couples and a baby. The convenience of the shuttle vehicle for the hill transport was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with little ones and ski gear.One highlight was the seamless check-in process, with the staff offering valuable tips and advice for our stay. The presence of an elevator from the parking area made transitioning with ski equipment hassle-free. Our children were delighted by the simplicity of accessing the ski bases in Soldeu and El Tarter, either by a short drive or the ski bus conveniently located outside the hotel. My family particularly enjoyed the easy access to the web, allowing us to stay connected and plan our next adventures.
